SUPREME ADJUSTERS SDN BHD is a provider of claims adjusting services for their Principals. The company was formed by En. Azlanuar Abdullah and Mr. Low Ho Lin.

 

Our goal is to provide quality service to our Principals. We do not differentiate between the services provided to our Principals dependent on the type, size or complexity of the claim ensuring at all times that the requisite level of expertise and customer care is utilised

 

We exercise a policy of being available twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year.  Mobile telephone numbers are made available for out-of office emergency contact.

Azlanuar bin Abdullah - CEO

Azlanuar is a Chartered Loss Adjuster with a Master’s Degree in Insurance and Financial Services. He has considerable experience in dealing with major fire, engineering, marine and liability claims in Malaysia. He is also experienced in all types of marine cargo damage surveys, pre-shipment inspections, loading/discharge surveys, and towing/lashing surveys. He has had a vast 20 years of experience in claims adjusting line. He previously held the position of Assistant General Manager while attached to an international adjusting company, handling various classes of insurance and mentoring a team of adjusters.

Low Ho Lin is a Chartered Loss Adjuster and a mechanical engineer by qualification, who is experienced in handling engineering claims. He has had 14 years of adjusting experience working in an international adjusting company, and was previously heading the East Coast region. He led a team of adjusters in handling catastrophic claims (flood in Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia in year 2006 & 2011 and in the East Coast Region of Peninsular Malaysia in 2012 & 2013). He supervised the team of adjuster to finalise in excess of 1000 personal line flood claims within two months of each respective catastrophic event. He is responsible for handling large commercial claims during the 2006, 2011, 2012 & 2013 floods and during the 2011 floods in Bangkok, Thailand. He is also experienced in handling large material damage losses over RM50mil (USD15mil)
